ABOUT

David holds a bachelor’s degree from Murray State University in Kentucky and is a passionate practitioner of Music and Theatre.

He currently manages vocal coaches and teachers at New York Vocal Coaching and freelances as a theatre director and music director. He cofounded the Nerve Project Theatre Company.

Originally from Tennessee, he’s taught in Sweden, Mexico, and New York with students all over the world, from beginners to Broadway performers and finalists on NBC’s The Voice. He’s acted and sung across the eastern United States from New York to Florida and is now based in New York and Tennessee. He loves all things theatre and music.

Vocal Coaching

David works with performers of all levels on improving their singing, stage presence, performance nerves, and overall musical proficiency in person or online with New York Vocal Coaching.

Directing for Theatre

David has directed for regional theatre, film, and collegiate theatre in the Mid-South. His love for Actors, Storytelling, and the Audience permeates every production he heads.

Voice Teaching

David trains new, experienced, and professional singers to take their voices to the next level. Learn new skills to make you competitive in auditions, TV singing competitions, or karaoke: New York Vocal Coaching.

Music Directing

As a Music Director, David brings his ideal mix of piano, vocal, and performance skills. His music direction has been seen by audiences across the Eastern United States from New York to Florida.
